OUR MISSION

CrossFit Shatter strives to aid our members, athletes and community in setting goals and accomplishing things they never thought they could; whether it be to lose weight, be the star player on a sports team, recover from an injury, become a better weightlifter or change your lifestyle, the Shatter community is here to support you. Our dedicated staff offers individualized training in a small group envrionment, giving our members the attention they deserve and treating everyone who joins CrossFit Shatter with respect, regardless of what their fitness background is. We are in the business of saving and changing lives. Our approach to health and wellness is a broad one, with a focus not only on physical fitness training, but learning how to strengthen the mind, body and soul!

REAL WORLD RESULTS

“[My son] and I are watching the CrossFit Games on tv (women’s event was on at the moment) and [he] said ‘hey dad what if [my sister] competed on this?’ [My daughter] was in another room and ran and out to see what was on and got super excited and said she wants to. As I write this it may not seem that exciting to you but if you could have seen the excitement and enthusiasm in her face you’d know what I  mean. So I just thought you’d like to hear that and I realize how kids are but am hoping this turns into something serious and will encourage and if it does would love for her to train under you for as long and as far as she so desires. Thanks for the positive influence in our lives and being so helpful!”

MEET OUR TRAINERS

Shane Healy
Shane HealyCrossFit Coach

Shane works with each client on an individual basis, focusing on achieving long-term results through challenging and constantly varied workouts. He has worked with teams as well, having developed strength and conditioning programs for local high schools.
Shane holds a variety of CrossFit certifications, including Level 1 and Level 2, and specialties such as Kids, kettlebell, mobility and judging.

Zak Kill
Zak KillCrossfit Coach

Zak is a Level 2 CrossFit trainer with eyes on crushing his Level 3. He is the result if mobility and strength decided to have a super baby. You will often find him harnessing his inner Yoga or squatting all of the cars in the parking lot. He is always eager to help others in their pursuit of a healthier, fitter lifestyle.

Kyle Shank
Kyle ShankCrossfit Coach

Kyle is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer who found CrossFit in February 2015. He focuses on the general physical preparedness and increased work capacity CrossFit provides. He relishes the opportunity coaching provides to push people to achieve their goals. Kyle has his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship and currently works for BBL Construction.
