Our On-Ramp program is perfect for those who have never done CrossFit, welcoming adults of all levels of fitness, and serves as a great refresher for those who have been away from the gym for a while.
The Inbody Scan is a phenomenal way to learn the composition breakdown of the body. Knowing the muscle and fat percentages of the body give us an internal view of what’s happening and what needs to be done to improve.
