This week coming up will hopefully be full of lots of laughs, love and time spent with those people that mean the most. That all being said it may also mean a lack of time for self care and let’s face it . . .holidays are magical but they are times where we all tell ourselves that it is alright is eat…well like slobs. Let’s face it, we use holidays as an opportunity to treat our bodies like A-Holes, drink like A-Holes, and eat like A-Holes.  While we may not be stopping that anytime soon we can though keep moving even if it is at home. 💪💪

  • 3 rds
  • 12 pushups
  • 15 v-ups,
  • 18 squats


Wod 2

  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 5 pushups
  • 25 high knees
  • 7 burpees
  • 5 pushups
  • 10 crunches
  • 5 pushups
  • 7 squats
  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 30 sec wall sit
  • 5 push ups
  • 25 high knees

Wod 3

Family time fitness!! get your family involved! Record yourself doing 10 burpees together 3 times over the course of the day.

Go for a walk and stop to do

  • 15 air squats
  • 25 high knees
  • 25 jumping jacks

Every 10 minutes

The truth is..some of us do it to look better naked, some of us do it to be great at exercising, some of us do it to fix/cure disease, and some of us do it to live better.
