WOD: For time: 50 cal assault bike 30 box jumps 10 snatches 155/105 "Cardio" ;) With a buddy.... 20 minutes Increasing cal row ladder* 10,11,12,13, and so on.... each partner rows 10c cal, then each row 11, and so on... ----this is a sprint transition on and off of the rower fast, and PULL!!!
